Work Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Occasional early mornings, evenings, and Saturdays for networking or community events
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Establish and build new relationships with potential clients, guiding them through the insurance sign-up process.
- Sales Outreach: Engage in cold calling and door-to-door sales to offer and sell insurance products.
- Networking: Attend local Chamber mixers and participate in professional organizations/associations to expand your network and grow the business.
- Administrative Duties: Complete necessary forms and input client information into our software system after making a sale.
- Cross-Selling: Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients to identify opportunities for cross-selling additional insurance lines.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Articulate and professional demeanor both in person and on the phone.
- Professional appearance and wardrobe.
- Self-motivated, driven, and resilient in the face of rejection.
- Confident, energetic, and enthusiastic with a positive attitude and sense of humor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook; familiarity with sales software is a plus (knowledge of Infusionsoft is an added advantage).
- Patient, respectful, and trustworthy; a reliable team player who is friendly, supportive, ethical, and honest.
Experience and Requirements:
- Required: Minimum of one year of sales experience in the insurance industry.
- Required: Current and valid Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License.
